Den har automatisk dubbelsidig utskrift på A4‑papper, en automatisk dokumentmatare för 50 ark, standard papperskapacitet på 250 ark, 1 GHz Dual Core‑processor med 512 MB minne och en månatlig utskriftsvolym på upp till 2 500 sidor. B305 är byggd för att klara vardagens arbetsbelastning.
Med tillvalet Xerox Workflow Central kan du göra mer – till exempel översätta dokument till andra språk, omvandla handskrivna anteckningar till delbara textdokument, skapa ljudfiler av pappersdokument för att lyssna på dem när du är på språng, automatiskt maskera känsligt innehåll och konvertera skanningar till Microsoft Office‑format.
